My World Travels Itinerary

If I had unlimited resources, I would take an indefinite amount of time to travel the globe.
With my limited resources and limited time, I still hope to make it to most of the places on this list!
Time only will tell where I end up making it to in my limited lifetime!
Since its fun to dream, here is my world-travels itinerary:

Fly to London, travel the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland)
Ferry to the Low Countries (stop esp in Copenhagen and Amsterdam)
Germany, Switzerland, Slovenia, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal
Ferry to Morocco
Camel across Sahara (maybe hot-air balloon)
Egypt
Israel, Beirut, Petra
Turkey (esp Cappadocia, Ephesus, Istanbul)

Fly to Warsaw
Fly to St. Petersburg, Moscow
Train to China (esp for Beijing, Great Wall, Terra Cotta Warriors)
Side trip to Japan (esp Mount Fuji, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka)

Fly to Caracas, Angel Falls, Quito, Galapagos Islands, Panama, Guatemala, Mexico (depending on political situation, esp Mexico City and surrounding area and the Yucatan Peninsula).
Fly to NYC. American Road Trip (esp DC, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago, Charleston, New Orleans, Grand Canyon, Arches, Yosemite, Yellowstone, Death Valley, Everglades, Shenandoah Valley, in no particular order. Maybe hop up to Canada and see Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa, Toronto). On the way, stop in Miami for a cruise of the Bahamas, stop particularly in Cuba.
End up in San Francisco.
